All recipes are made using a Zojirushi BB-KT10 breadmaker bought in Japan, however should work in other breadmakers too.
Important Notes
Although, I state some measurements in tablespoons and teaspoons, I actually use the Japanese big (14.79ml) and small (4.93ml) measuring spoons. However, as the measurements in grams look very different, I don't think this is a problem!
I prefer to make the dough, and then bake it in rolls in the oven. You could of course just use the breadmaker to make a loaf.
